Adam Bednorski Leads the State in 3-Point Makes
The Winter Warriors made a living scoring points in the 2023-2024 season, as they led the Division 5 field of play with 80.2 points per game.
The Warriors were led in scoring by All-State selection, Gunnar Greuel with 20.4 points per game, and followed by Adam Bednorski with 16.9 points per game. Adam Bednorski just so happened to also lead the state of Wisconsin across all divisions in 3-pointers made.
Adam Bednorski (Class of 2025) finished with 110 3-point makes, which was first in the state ahead of the state's leading scorer Chris Davis Jr from Sun Prairie West with 40.8 points per game. Chris Davis Jr garnered national attention for his scoring prowess, however, in the 2023-2024 season, there were only 3 players in the entire state that made over 100 3-pointers.
- Adam Bednorski (Winter Wisconsin): 110 3 Pointers
- Chris Davis Jr (Sun Prairie West): 108 3 Pointers
- Reis Hidde (New Richmond) 101 3 pointers
Bednorski had back to back games with 7 3-point makes against Flambeau going 7-14, and Lake Holcombe going 7-13. 7 3-point makes is also the school record for most 3-pointers made in Winter School history.
Bednorski finished 110-296 on the season, good for 37.2% and finished his Junior campaign with 472 points. Bednorski is just 360 points away from joining the 1,000 point club.
The Winter Warriors finished their season with a loss to Owen-Withee in the Sectional Semi-Finals moving them to 20-8 on the season, and 13-3 in Lakeland East Conference play.
